Registration is obligatory.
Agora will cover the travel expenses and the hotel accommodation for 3 nights for a single-bed room and breakfast for one representative of each member association. Residence tax per room per night will be paid by the attendee upon departure.
Travelling is the attendee’s responsibility.
AGORA will reimburse the cost of :
- Air tickets up to 400€
- Τrain tickets: 2nd class
- Car compensation in Europe: 0,5€/ km
- Taxis (transfers between home address-airport/train station-hotel in the congress city and back)
Any additional expenses including all administrative costs of any kind, taxis (apart from the arrival and departure transfer mentioned above), additional hotel nights, food & beverages, internet and/or phone charges, and costs for accompanying individuals will not be reimbursed. Any exceptions to these rules are to be approved by the AGORA board.
Reimbursement will be granted only upon proof of purchase.
