AGORA will proceed with a Vaccination Required approach for all attendees in order to gain access to the AGORA CONFERENCE 2022 congress venue onsite.
For the purposes of right of entry to AGORA CONFERENCE onsite, at this time, a person is considered fully vaccinated:
- 2 weeks after their second dose in two dose series, or
- 2 weeks after a single-dose vaccine
This guidance applies to COVID-19 vaccines authorised for use and for emergency use by the European Medicines Agency, and COVID-19 vaccines authorised for emergency use by the World Health Organization, on or before May 4, 2022.
Please visit this webpage again for updates as we get closer to AGORA CONFERENCE 2022.
Additionally, AGORA strongly encourages all attendees, sponsors, speakers, and staff members to obtain vaccine booster doses in compliance with the latest European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control.
With due consideration for current public health guidance, legal guidelines, and industry practices, AGORA has developed Health and Safety requirements for AGORA CONFERENCE 2022, including the Right of Entry policy specifically designed with consideration of relevant EU guidelines for the safe resumption of activities in the cultural and creative sectors – COVID-19.
Our policies allow an attendee to voluntarily register for onsite attendance, subject to presenting a valid COVID certificate together with your identity card or passport to validate the fully vaccinated status.
